The Contract Manager role has the responsibility for the P&L operational management and delivery of a range of leading facilities management services across the clients estate ensuring that the portfolio is safe fit for purpose and fully operational in accordance with client and customer expectations and also the high standards of service associated with Atlas Workplace Services. This includes overseeing and managing customer interfaces; ensuring a high profile and positive image of the Atlas business.
The Contract Manager will lead and manage a team of highly motivated individuals and be an excellent communicator a clear decision maker and an approachable people manager with an extensive knowledge of delivering total facilities management services to the highest standard.
The Contract Manager will continuously drive for operational improvement to ensure first class client relationships and the delivery of exceptional customer service levels are achieved at all times.
