Job Description
Location: Porto Portugal or work from home in Portugal
Role: Italian Customer Support Agent
Salary: basic gross p/m Euro 1000 (paid 14x p/a) Euro 50 gross p/m performance bonus potential and 7.23 net Euro per working day food voucher
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday to Sunday 8am7pm

Our client is a global outsourcing partner they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in Portugal they are looking to recruit fluent Italian speakers to joing their international team. Full work from home in Portugal is available for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Italian speaking clients via phone email chat and social media channels.
- Assist merchants with inquiries and issues related to products and services ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate proactively with internal teams to continuously improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with departments such as Sales and Marketing to ensure consistent and effective communication and service delivery

Requirements
- Fluent Italian and English
- Previous Customer Support experience desired
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and attention to details
Salary and benefits
Competitive monthly gross salary of : basic gross p/m Euro 1283 plus net per working day 7.23 Euro food voucher. Fully paid training is provided. Excellent career opportunities. Free health insurance after 6 months in service.
