Mahamaya Finance Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Showroom Finance Agent to join our team. As a Showroom Finance Agent you will be responsible for providing financial services and assistance to customers visiting our showroom for vehicle purchases. You will help customers understand their financing options process loan applications and ensure compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate financing options for vehicle purchases.
- Explain loan terms and conditions to customers clearly and accurately.
- Process loan applications and verify customer information.
- Ensure all financing documents are completed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
- Address customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the financing process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance Business Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in finance banking or customer service is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and lending practices.
