Role: Test Architect/Test Project Manager Web Applications Finance & Payroll Domain
Location : US(Remote)
Contract -6 months
We are seeking an experienced Test Architect/Test Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the testing strategy for cutting-edge web-based applications. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in .NET application testing strong expertise in the finance or payroll domain and excellent customer-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test architecture and frameworks for web-based applications.
- Define test strategy methodologies and best practices for functional automation integration performance and security testing.
- Collaborate with product owners developers and clients to ensure requirements are well understood and validated.
- Lead test automation initiatives using modern tools ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers presenting quality metrics and guiding testing strategy for enterprise deployments.
- Mentor and guide QA teams in adopting robust testing practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12 years of experience in software testing with at least 3 years as a Test Architect/Test Project Manager.
- Proven track record in web-based application testing and solid knowledge -based systems.
- Project Management experience in managing a team of testers QA engineers and other project team members.
- Strong understanding of testing in the finance or payroll domain (compliance calculations workflows etc.).
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium Cypress Playwright) and test management tools.
- Expertise in performance security and API testing techniques.
- Ability to interact with customers understand their requirements and deliver tailored quality solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cloud-based testing environments (Azure AWS or GCP).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Certifications such as ISTQB Test Architect or similar are a plus.
- PMP /Scrum Certification would be nice to have.
