We are looking for a skilled Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to offer products or services. Your goal will be to persuade customers to purchase our offerings by providing information and answering their questions.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Promote products or services to generate sales
- Explain product features and answer customer inquiries
- Maintain call logs and update customer databases
- Meet daily weekly and monthly targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection positively
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
