We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our dynamic HR consultancy team in Trichy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and candidates explaining our services and handling inquiries efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills persuasive ability and a clientfocused mindset.
Make outbound calls to job seekers and potential clients to promote recruitment services.
Explain consultancy offerings such as resume writing LinkedIn optimization and job portal access.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into registrations or subscriptions.
Maintain and update call records followup trackers and CRM systems.
Handle incoming calls and resolve queries related to job applications or consultancy services.
Schedule followups share promotional content and support the sales team in client conversion.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients and job seekers.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide accurate information.
Any Graduate or Diploma holder (preferred in Communication Business Administration or relevant field).
Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling telesales customer support or related roles.
Experience in HR consultancy or recruitment industry will be an added advantage.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Confidence in handling objections and maintaining a positive tone.
Goaloriented approach with a proven track record in lead conversion.
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently.
