Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Pharma Sales Executive for Panchkula location. This is a fulltime juniorlevel position that involves promoting and selling pharmaceutical products. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients through effective communication and market analysis.
Qualifications and Skills
- Product knowledge is essential as understanding pharmaceutical products is critical to successfully engaging with clients (Mandatory skill).

- Negotiation skills to close deals efficiently and walk the line between customer satisfaction and company interest are necessary.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and clients.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for sales and expansion.
- Negotiate terms of sale and agreements to maximize profits while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Provide clients with information about the benefits usage and efficacy of different pharmaceutical products.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to strategize promotional activities for enhancing market presence.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions sales and orders in the appropriate system.
- Attend industry conferences and partner meetings to keep updated on new products developments and competitors.
