Leading by #PuttingPeopleFirst Phoenix Support Services is the inhouse support center of Advanced Digital Media Services a fullservice digital marketing company in Florida and Colorado United States. Located in the Philippines we engage and delight our customers through years of industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Setup
Develop targeted prospect lists through firmographics technographics and intent data
Configure campaigns including domain warm up sending schedules and authentication (SPF DKIM DMARC)
Copywriting & Sequence Design
Craft persuasive email copy and subject lines tailored to each persona and vertical
Build multi step personalized outreach sequences with clear CTAs
Deliverability & Optimization
Monitor deliverability metrics (bounce rates spam complaints) and adjust settings for optimal inbox placement
A/B test subject lines messaging and send times iterating to improve open and reply rates
Reporting & Analysis
Track key KPIs (open reply and conversion rates) and present actionable insights
Integrate campaign data with CRM and sales tools for seamless lead handoff
Collaboration & Scaling
Work closely with Sales SDRs and Content teams to align messaging and follow up workflows
Document best practices and scale successful templates and sequences
2 years of hands on experience running cold email campaigns in (or equivalent high deliverability platform)
Proven track record of achieving 20% reply rates in B2B outreach
Strong understanding of email deliverability infrastructure best practices and ISP feedback loops
Excellent English copywriting skills with the ability to personalize at scale
Data driven mindset: proficient in analyzing campaign metrics and optimizing accordingly
Familiarity with CRM integration (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and basic marketing automation
Nice to Have
Experience with additional outreach platforms (e.g. Lemlist Mailshake)
Basic HTML/CSS skills for email template customization
Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA compliance for cold outreach
Graphic design or video editing skills for multimedia outreach
