JOB TITLE: SALES EXECUTIVEFLOWER INDUSTRY
About This Job:
QSourcing Limited trading as QSourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda Kenya Tanzania Rwanda and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client we are looking for a competent skilled and experienced Sales Executive to work in Kenya.


JOB SUMMARY.

The Sales Executive acts as the official representative of the company in Kenya. This role combines sales client development procurement and market intelligence in the international flower trade. The Sales Executive is responsible for expanding business opportunities maintaining supplier relationships and ensuring operational efficiency in alignment with the company s strategic goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

Business Development & Representation

Represent the company in Kenya and internationally.

Search for new clients worldwide especially wholesale buyers and retail chains (typically 5 10 shops or more) and sell them our product.

Identify and build relationships with potential subcontractors and strategic partners.

Continuously seek opportunities to introduce new products and farms to enhance the assortment offered to clients.

Sales & Client Relations.

Provide tailored consultations to clients on seasonal availability quality and pricing.

Manage incoming orders and send timely order confirmations

Transfer all received orders to the company which will handle fulfillment and invoicing.

Design and implement promotional campaigns and special offers.

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong longterm relationships.

Procurement & Product Sourcing

Order fresh flowers from established partner farms in Kenya based on specific client requests.

Explore and evaluate new farms and flower varieties to diversify the product portfolio.

Ensure high standards of quality freshness and reliability from suppliers.

Logistics & Operational Support

Demonstrate knowledge of air logistics operations including handling of cargo schedules documentation and coordination with freight forwarders

Calculate accurate proforma invoices for clients covering all costs (product freight packing and other charges)

Monitor international freight costs and work to optimize shipping routes and delivery efficiency Reporting & Compliance

Report regularly to Steady Market on sales activities market trends and strategic opportunities.

Disclose any current or planned external work that could affect job performance or the company s interests.

Refrain from any sideline work that may interfere with duties or create a conflict of Interest.


QUALIFICATIONS

Proven track record in sales ideally within the flower perishable goods or export industries.

Strong knowledge of international air logistics and shipping operations.

Experience in calculating proforma invoices and building accurate cost structures.

Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.

Professional appearance proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

Flexible and committed mindset no 9to5 mentality with a readiness to respond to clients and operations across time zones.

Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to fastpaced environments

Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
