Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a driven and resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client s growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting their expansion into new B2B markets particularly in the insurance and hospitality industries. This role will focus on outbound outreach lead generation and building strong relationships with potential business partners.


As our client moves beyond directtoconsumer sales we re looking for someone who is comfortable in a fastpaced environment loves connecting with people and is motivated by creating new opportunities.



Requirements

  • Outbound Lead Generation: Conduct proactive outbound outreach (emails calls LinkedIn etc.) to identify and generate new B2B leads focusing on target industries like insurance and hospitality.

  • Lead Qualification: Qualify interested prospects through discovery calls or emails and schedule appointments or product demos for the senior sales team.

  • Market Research: Research and identify key decisionmakers at prospective partner organizations (e.g. insurance companies hotel chains) to build a targeted pipeline of opportunities.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and status updates in the CRM system ensuring a clean and organized sales pipeline.

  • Strategic Outreach: Work closely with leadership to pursue highvalue partnership opportunities for instance exploring product bundle deals with insurers or safety kit integrations with hotel groups and tailor outreach messaging to these initiatives.

  • Collaborative Selling: Collaborate with our sales marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies share market feedback and align on value propositions for different B2B segments.

  • Goals & Reporting: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach volume qualified leads and meetings booked. Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Outbound Sales Experience: At least 5 years experience in outbound B2B sales or lead generation (e.g. cold calling cold emailing) with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • CRM Proficiency: Strong proficiency with CRM software (such as HubSpot Salesforce or similar) for managing leads tracking interactions and reporting pipeline progress.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to craft persuasive outreach messages and build rapport with prospects.

  • Industry Knowledge (Plus): Familiarity with B2B sales in the insurance or hospitality sectors is a plus (experience in approaching clients in these industries or understanding their needs will be beneficial)

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to craft persuasive outreach messages and build rapport with prospects.

  • SelfMotivation: High degree of selfmotivation and resultsdriven mindset; able to take initiative and thrive in a fastpaced startup environment.

  • Organizational Skills: Great organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple leads followups and priorities simultaneously.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working fully remotely and collaborating across time zones. Able to adapt quickly to feedback and changing strategies as we explore new markets.
