Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Representative Pharma to join our team in Bishkek Kyrgyzstan. As a key member of our sales force you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals hospitals and clinics in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals key decisionmakers and stakeholders in the assigned territory
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare professionals about our pharmaceutical offerings
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Attend medical conferences seminars and industry events to stay updated on the latest developments in the pharmaceutical field
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide valuable market insights and customer feedback
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and territory performance using CRM software
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Pharmacy or a related field
- 23 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related industry
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products healthcare systems and medical terminology
- Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong negotiation and time management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Fluency in English and Russian; knowledge of Kyrgyz is a plus
- Sales certification is preferred
