Cross functional relationship: Developing a relationship with cross functional teams (procurement/ operations) to come up with initiatives and customized solutions.
Consult with customers about business challenges and requirements as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each (must maintain knowledge of Metros product portfolio)
Using both direct (face to face calls) and indirect methods (networking) of selling
Maintaining detailed notes and tracking sheets to monitor customer development progress
Conduct sales activities with professionalism and integrity
