About us
We are looking for a proven Sales Director to lead our sales force into the next phase of growth. This is a highimpact highvisibility leadership role at the heart of a rapidly scaling global business.
Lead & Develop: Directly manage and mentor 6 Regional Sales Managers and their respective sales teams to achieve global performance targets.
DataDriven Management: Build track and continuously refine KPI dashboards to drive transparency performance and accountability by region and team.
Process Optimization: Analyze and enhance the sales workflow from RFQ to quoting to deal closure to increase efficiency and conversion rates.
Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to shape and implement forwardthinking sales strategies aligned with ASC s growth goals.
Performance Coaching: Identify top and underperforming team members providing coaching or making changes as necessary to optimize results.
Client Growth: Expand account reactivation and new customer acquisition efforts with scalable targeted initiatives.
Sales Discipline: Lead regular pipeline reviews improve forecast accuracy and enforce consistent CRM usage and hygiene.
8 years in B2B sales including 3 years in a Sales Director or senior sales leadership role
Experience managing regional or global sales organizations
Background in semiconductors or industrial components strongly preferred
Strong analytical mindset with a datafirst approach to leadership and decisionmaking
Proven success in scaling restructuring and developing highperforming sales teams
Excellent communication coaching and change management skills
