In this role you will lead the organization to establish ACECO as a leader in the manufactured products market through innovative strategies customer relationships and operational excellence.
Drive fiscal year objectives through effective leadership in manufactured product sales ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop a plan and strategy to build a fully professional business unit focused on safety efficiency training staffing and development.
- Design equitable compensation plans develop training programs and manage team performance.
- Build a reliable and innovative sales team through ongoing support and leadership.
- Collaborate with Marketing to define product needs and sales strategies.
- Support the development of promotional materials and branding efforts.
- Coordinate with Service Operations to review projects identify lessons learned and improve operations.
- Identify market opportunities analyze customer needs and propose tailored manufactured solutions.
- Build strong customer relationships and explore potential new accounts.
Requirements
Qualifications:
o 7 years managing a sales team
o Experience working with complex long term sales cycle 13 years and working with developing customized machinery
o Bachelors degree in any related field

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Good Math skills Training Our training and onboarding program includes a rotation through various departments and working on our sales counter. On the sales counter you will be paired up with various associates to learn about our customers and the material that we sell. In addition to on-the-job training, training includes computer modules and one on one training on the basics of electrical distribution, sales, customer service, our software operating system, and our processes and procedures of operations. (We will not spend a huge amount of time on the counter but this is a good training ground for basic product and on how to use the computer) After your initial training period, you will be assigned a mentor who will guide you in learning your inside sales duties and offer additional product/procedural support as needed. (LUKE and Rod ) We will give this person some specialized training on switchgear and medium voltage products . May send to some outside vendor schools or meetings from Siemens .
