Partner Incident Advocate

What does a successful Partner Incident Advocate do at Fiserv

As a successful Partner Incident Advocate you will be the primary point of contact between our organization and our clients during incident resolution. Your mission will be to ensure clients are informed reassured and have a clear understanding of the incidents progress timelines and any additional information required.

What you will do:

  • Act as the primary communication link between the client and the incident response team ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the incident lifecycle
  • Provide timely and regular updates to clients regarding the status of the incident progress made and anticipated resolution timelines
  • Collaborate with clients to collect any additional information or data required for incident resolution ensuring all relevant details are documented and shared with the incident response team
  • Work closely with clients to validate incidentrelated information ensuring accuracy and completeness in the incident documentation

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to empathize with clients during challenging situations
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple incidents and client interactions simultaneously

What would be great to have:

  • Familiarity with incident management tools and software is a plus such as ServicePoint and Splunk
  • Seven plus years of prior experience in a clientfacing role or incident management
  • Experience and expertise in handling and escalating critical client concerns or roadblocks to ensure swift resolution

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado California District of Columbia Hawaii Illinois Maryland New York Nevada Rhode Island or Washington.
