Job Description
Overview:
Venture Solar is seeking entrylevelFieldSolar Consultants.Candidates should have a student mentalitya strong work ethic anda great experience is necessarily required as the solar industry is relatively new.
Venture Solaroffers paid training & recent grads are welcome to apply!
You will be responsible for:
- Professionally prospecting homeowners forinterest in solar
- Qualifying roofs for solar projects
- Gathering the necessary homeowner information needed to provide a custom solar solution
- Set appointments with homeownersto answer any outstanding customer questions
- Confidently provide focused customer service
- Canvass neighborhoods and work around active installations
What youll bring:
- Prior sales or hospitality experience is a plus
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Possess excellent communication skills including the ability to listen and resolve issues
- Ability to work independently and remain productive
Compensation:
- $500 per completed 1st appointment
- $250 per competed appointment thereafter
- $300 per closed sale
