Clinical Training Director
Salary Range: $100000 $110000
Fraser is seeking a Clinical Training Director responsible for the strategic leadership coordination and oversight of all clinical training components within the Specialty Healthcare programs. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality training experiences to employees improving organizational performance and fostering a culture of continuous learning. This role provides oversight of Clinical Onboarding Clinical Training Clinical Mentorship and Academic Affairs. The Director will manage training staff collaborate with other departments and assess training needs to help meet both short- and long-term business goals facilitate the clinical competence and confidence of Specialty Healthcare staff and lead Fraser as a Training Center of Excellence
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Development & Execution
- Design develop and implement clinical training programs including onboarding professional development and leadership training for the Specialty Healthcare divisions (CCBHC Rehab ABA).
- Assess and support training needs of Specialty Healthcare support divisions: Client Access Billing HIM and Clinical Admin as it relates to the specific impact to Clinical Programs.
- Strategic partnership with Organizational Training Director to ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Evaluate training methods and materials and participant feedback for effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Provides oversight to Clinical Onboarding helping to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new staff.
- Collaborates with Division leadership to improve supervisor and staff clinical competencies and ensure training meets the different competency levels.
- Collaborate with Evidenced-Based Practice/Evidenced-Informed (EBP-EI) leads to sustain and grow EBP-Eis to meet client need.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead mentor and supervise the clinical training team.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment to encourage staff growth and development.
- Hire evaluate and provide feedback for the clinical training team.
Needs Assessment & Analysis
- Conduct regular training needs assessments in collaboration with division leadership to identify skill gaps.
- Analyze data from training evaluations and performance metrics to determine the impact of training programs.
- Make recommendations based on assessments to adjust and improve training curricula.
Content Creation & Instructional Design
- Develop and oversee the creation of clinical training materials including e-learning content workshops and instructional guides.
- Ensure training content is up-to-date relevant and aligned with the latest industry standards and best practices.
- Facilitate training sessions as needed both in-person and virtually.
Budgeting & Resource Management
- Manage the clinical training budget including forecasting expenses and ensuring cost-effective program delivery.
- As needed recommend select and evaluate external training providers.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all training programs comply with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Maintain and prepare reports on training program effectiveness employee participation and learning outcomes.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in clinically related field e.g. Clinical Psychology Counseling Social Work from an accredited institution required.
- Valid Minnesota Drivers License with acceptable record required.
- Certification in training and development (CPTD ATD or similar) preferred.
