Job Description
Business Processes Manager
As the Business Processes Manager you will be joining the operations department and using qualitative and quantitative insights to improve our customers journeys and operational processes. You will analyze insights from multiple sources and clarify ambiguous problems. You will lead projects initiatives and design processes to improve CX and the ability to meet business goals. Youll be switching between thinking strategically about big picture initiatives executing quickly on tactical opportunities and troubleshooting operational issues. You will act as operations POC in cross company projects ensuring that our needs are represented and met.

What youll do
Leading designing and executing new business processes flows and projects:
- Working with all the units within operations to learn and serve their business needs in the matters of business processes systems analysis automation opportunities and innovation
- Deeply learn the different business flows look for the relevant data and analyze main pain points that require improvements
- Design operational processes including analytical and technological aspects and manage projects to execute them
- Work closely with many interfaces and matrixly get your resources.
Who you are
- BSc. in Industrial Engineering / BA in Management or Economics or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of experience working as a systems analyst/process engineer / BPM in a hightech company or management consulting.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience with project management
- Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills leading and driving execution with crossfunctional teams
- High level of spoken and written English
