Impactful Contribution: As a Finance Business Partner you will play a pivotal role in the Pobl Group Care and Support Division assisting senior leaders in making informed financial decisions. Your work directly contributes to the divisions strategic thinking and financial success.
Diverse and Challenging: Youll be part of a dynamic team working across a wide geographic spread with a turnover of 65 million.
With over 150 individual schemes of varying complexity ranging across the full Care and Support continuum from care homes to extra care and supported living. We operate services through several local authorities private individuals and PFI contracts.
Key Collaboration: Youll collaborate closely with both the Divisional Management Team and the Finance Team bringing sound commercial skills and the skills associated with a great accountant and communicator.
Professional Growth: This role offers opportunities for personal and professional growth including line management responsibilities and involvement in shaping the companys financial plans.
Where does the role fit in
As a Finance Business Partner your role is at the heart of the Care and Support Division supporting senior leaders in strategic decisionmaking and financial planning. You will also collaborate closely with the Finance Team ensuring financial data adds significant value to the division.
What skills and experience do you need
Were on the lookout for a dynamic individual whos not just numberssavvy but also a team leader a strategic thinker and a champion of continuous improvement. As a Finance Business Partner your role is essential in requiring Management Accounting experience. Ideally youll have experience in the Social Housing and Care and Support Sectors. Leading a highperforming team is a must as is the ability to present management accounts and prepare reports for senior managers. We need someone willing to challenge the status quo and embrace challenges with enthusiasm all while being a competent user of Microsoft office and modern management information systems. Your qualifications should include at least a degree level education or equivalent postgraduate qualifications or equivalent seniorlevel experience and you are a Qualified Accountant. An understanding of business environments risks and challenges would be a great bonus.
