Associate Attorney


Career Consulting Partners is proud to partner with one of Californias fastest-growing plaintiff personal injury law firms in launching and expanding their Arizona presence. We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to lead a pre-litigation-focused practice in Phoenix with full operational and marketing support provided by the founding team.


While the initial focus will be on pre-litigation litigation experience is a strong plus and may be leveraged as the caseload grows. This position is designed to transition into a Managing Partner role of the Arizona office making it an ideal opportunity for an attorney with strong leadership potential and a long-term growth mindset.


This role is well-suited for a personal injury attorney who thrives in the pre-litigation space and is ready to take a meaningful next step in their career. You will serve as the lead attorney overseeing a growing Arizona caseload ensuring results-driven case progression and top-tier client service. As the office scales you will also take the lead in hiring and managing your local teamwith full support from the firms leadership and HR staff based in California.



ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Lead and manage a growing Arizona caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients ensuring excellent service and communication
  • Develop demand packages negotiate with insurance carriers and prepare cases for potential litigation
  • Coordinate with support staff and future team members to ensure file movement and compliance
  • Collaborate with firm founders on operational strategy marketing and expansion
  • Eventually transition into the Managing Partner role for the Arizona office


QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Licensed and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in personal injury with a strong emphasis on pre-litigation
    • Experience managing pre-litigation case flow from intake to resolution
    • Strong negotiation communication and client-handling skills
    • Litigation background is a plus but not required
    • Demonstrated leadership qualities or desire to grow into a management role
    • Organized proactive and detail-oriented
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term vision and commitment



    COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

    • Salary: $150000 - $200000
