We are currently seeking a Vice President to lead our Manufacturing Unit in Stockholm. This is a unique opportunity for a senior executive to shape the future of ITdriven industrial transformation.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
As Vice President you will lead our Manufacturing unit and hold full responsibility for your unit with three key dimensions in mind: clients partners and shareholders. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth and strategic development for the unit in close collaboration with fellow leaders. You will also be part of the management team for our Business Unit Stockholm and Central reporting directly to our Business unit leader.
Youll have full responsibility for strategy client relationships successful delivery of projects and services P&L and daytoday leadership of the unit.
We expect you to combine strong entrepreneurial and leadership skills with market knowledge and a relevant network to deliver bestinclass IT services. You are proactive resultsoriented and thrive on achieving success together with your team.
This is a highimpact leadership role where you will combine your deep expertise in Management and Strategic IT Consulting with the opportunity to influence real business outcomes.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong executivelevel client relationships with a focus on strategic business development and value creation.
Leadership: Develop coach and inspire a highperforming leadership team for the unit supporting their career growth and professional development.
Business Operations: Lead your unit to meet financial targets ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
You will ensure that your unit delivers measurable business value by seamlessly integrating IT consulting and in depth industry knowledge into a unified offering.
Together with your leadership team and other CGI units both local and international you will proactively build and expand relationships with both new and existing clientsat the Clevel.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
We are seeking an experienced executive leader with a strong track record in the consulting industry and a passion for business transformation. You are energized by strategic challenges and have a proven ability to lead through influence and vision.
Key qualifications:
Minimum 15 years of experience in the consulting industry including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Deep understanding of the digital transformation landscape within the manufacturing sector.
Demonstrated success in IT/Consulting and strategic sales particularly in building executivelevel presence and engineering complex deals.
Proven ability to deliver results in large complex organizations.
Strong analytical skills and a pragmatic solutionoriented mindset.
You are a strategic thinker with the ability to define and execute longterm plans in a complex environment. You lead with inspiration and integrity and you value people as the foundation of success.
