Reporting to the CEO the Human Resources Director (HRD) is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the hospital specifically in the areas of talent management change management organizational and performance management succession planning training and development and total reward.
The HRD provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the CEO and executive leadership team as needed. This position is directly responsible for leading the Human Resources department and indirectly responsible for all employees within the organization.
