Job Description
Director of Surgical Services Pay & Benefits:
- Salary: $113000 - $139000
- Sign-On Bonus: $5000
- Relocation Assistance: $5000
Director of Surgical Services Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:30 am - 2:00 pm
- Responsibilities: Oversee all Surgical Services departments including Preadmissions Same Day Surgery Endoscopy Spine-Pain OR Central Sterile Cath Lab PACU and the Surgery Center. Lead strategic planning budgeting and daily operations. Collaborate with physicians nurses and other departments to deliver high-quality patient care.
Director of Surgical Services Qualifications:
- NE RN license
- MSN required (or currently in progress)
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with recent leadership/management background
