We are looking for a Support worker to join our team at our service in Telford.

What youll be doing:

• Youll support on a 11 basis promoting independence and encouraging the people we support to access the community.
• Working to maintain a high level of support thats required for the service needs.
• Personal care will be required.
• Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
• This is within a supported living service of 13 and they all have their own selfcontained flat.

Who you are:

• Able to work independently multitask organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
• Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels internal and external.
• Ability to execute and deliver whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure
• Quick learner hands on willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
• Experience in care sector is essential.
• Drivers preferred.
