Summary:
We welcome you to apply to become part of our welcoming team! We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Disability Support Workers for a Female Participant in the Byford Area.
The shifts that we are currently recruiting for are days 8.00am 4.00pm and sleep shifts 4.00pm 8.00am.
Experience working with complex behaviours is a requirement for this role.

Devoted Healthcare (DHC) is an NDIS-registered disability service provider that supports individuals with varying disabilities. DHC are passionate about helping people living with disabilities live meaningful and fulfilling lives and we endeavour to be by the side of those living with disabilities and to make a positive difference in their lives. DHC work in partnership with individuals their families mainstream providers and the disability sector to ensure individual services are innovative flexible and person-centred. We service the Perth metro area with services ranging from 1:1 in-home support to community access.
A Disability Support Workers role requires companionship empathy mentoring positive behaviour support and guidance. Activities may include assistance with daily living domestic tasks administering medication behaviour management support assistance with transport and encouraging participation in community activities.
Requirements for this role
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Orientation Modules
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR certificate
- Manual Handling certificate
- Medication Administration certificate
- Working With Children Check
- Valid drivers licence and reliable comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Relevant experience or at least a Certificate III in Disability
- Readiness to learn and adapt
- Experience in supporting Participants with challenging behaviours
