The 75roomHoliday Inn Express Brookshire Texas is looking for a motivated & enthusiastic Guest Service Agent / Front Desk Associateto become part of our team at this beautiful location! Located just off Highway I10 the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Brookshire Texas is centrally located between Sealy and Katy just west of Houston.
The hotel will benefit from an energetic friendly and professional individual as the Guest Service Agent / Front Desk Associate is responsible for greeting registering and checking in/out guests and handling all phases of the guests stay all whileprovidingexcellentcustomer service. Strong time management andorganizational skills will be key for maintaining efficiency in a fastpaced environment. Clear communicationclearly and a positive and upbeat personality are essential traits for this position particularly when responding to guestsandinteracting withteam members in various departments.
Requirements:
Excellent communication guest service & time management skills
Ability to manage duties of running a front desk while ensuringa high level of customer service
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment
Attention to detail & great organizational skills
Experience in Guest Services withknowledge ofBrookshire Houston and surrounding areas
A team player and selfstarter with working knowledge of the hotel industry
Exceptional interpersonal skills takingall necessary steps to ensure a positive and pleasurable experience for all guests
