Job Description

A leading real estate company is looking for a dynamic and customerfocused Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients visitors and guests with professionalism and warmth.

  • Manage the front desk operations including answering phone calls emails and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.

  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area that reflects the companys professional image.

  • Schedule appointments manage meeting rooms and assist with calendar coordination for senior staff.

  • Handle basic administrative duties such as data entry filing and document management.

  • Coordinate with facility management to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Provide general support to the sales and customer service teams when required.



Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline; additional certification in office management or hospitality is a plus.

  • Proven experience (13 years) in front office or customer service roles preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and front desk systems.

  • Pleasing personality wellgroomed and presentable.

  • Ability to multitask and handle a fastpaced work environment.
