Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients visitors and guests with professionalism and warmth.
Manage the front desk operations including answering phone calls emails and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area that reflects the companys professional image.
Schedule appointments manage meeting rooms and assist with calendar coordination for senior staff.
Handle basic administrative duties such as data entry filing and document management.
Coordinate with facility management to ensure smooth office operations.
Provide general support to the sales and customer service teams when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline; additional certification in office management or hospitality is a plus.
Proven experience (13 years) in front office or customer service roles preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and front desk systems.
Pleasing personality wellgroomed and presentable.
Ability to multitask and handle a fastpaced work environment.
Education
Graduate in any discipline; additional certification in office management or hospitality is a plus. Proven experience (1-3 years) in front office or customer service roles, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
