Automation Engineer AI Studio at Marriott
Position Overview
Own enterprisegrade AI automationfrom risk evaluation to workflow acceleration. You will design agentdriven test release and compliance pipelines and build internal copilots that eliminate repetitive engineering work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain synthetic adversarial and jailbreak suites to probe bias toxicity factuality.
- Architect agentpowered automation that:
- triggers evaluation loops (OpenAI Evals / PromptBench / custom) in CI
- assembles artefacts for the selfcert repository
- generates regression data slices on demand.
- Build developerfacing copilots/bots (e.g. PR reviewers log analyzers) integrated through MCP servers.
- Extend guardrail engines with custom regex embedding filters and semantic policies; expose live risk dashboards.
- Partner with Engineering Lead to convert manual runbooks into fully automated agentdriven workflows.
Qualifications
- 5 yrs automation Dev Tools or SRE; 2 yrs LLM evaluation or agentframework work.
- Proficient in Python/TypeScript and CI systems (GitHub Actions Jenkins or GitLab CI).
- Handson with agent frameworks (Autogen CrewAI LangGraph) or RPA/orchestration tools (Temporal Airflow).
- Demonstrated record delivering measurable productivity or riskreduction via AI automation.
Preferred Skills
- Contributions to opensource guardrail or agentautomation projects.
- Experience rolling out continuous riskscoring in SOC2 / PCI environments.
The pay range for this position is $40.81 to $67.98 per hour.
Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
