Senior GoHighLevel & Automation Specialist (ProjectBased Remote)
About Brightvision
Brightvision is a Swedenbased B2B demandgeneration agency that helps technology companies grow through salesfocused marketing SDR programs and automation. As we scale our tech stack we are exploring GoHighLevel (GHL) as a potential platform for both internal use and client delivery. To drive this evaluation we are looking for a highly experienced GoHighLevel professional in the Philippines who can lead a short intensive assessment and initial buildout.
The Opportunity
You will own a 6 to 8week discovery and proofofconcept project that will:
- Evaluate GoHighLevels fit for Brightvision and our customers.
- Design & configure a bestpractice GHL agency account (pipelines funnels automations reporting whitelabel options).
- Integrate GHL with key thirdparty tools in our stack (HubSpot Salesforce Slack Google Workspace etc.).
- Automate workflows via Zapier n8n Make or similar including OpenAI/ChatGPT prompts where relevant.
- Document & demo the solution and present a clear go / nogo recommendation for broader rollout.
Outstanding results could lead to a longerterm retainer or fulltime role on our marketingtech team.
Key Responsibilities
- Map Brightvisions existing workflows and translate them into GoHighLevel architecture.
- Build multichannel campaigns (email SMS WhatsApp voice drops) and funnel pages.
- Configure CRM opportunities pipeline and attribution reporting.
- Set up API/webhook integrations and data syncs with external systems.
- Create reusable snapshots/templates for future client projects.
- Produce clear technical documentation and run knowledgetransfer sessions.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of handson experience with GoHighLevel in an agency or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of launching at least three endtoend GHL implementations.
- Deep knowledge of GHL features: subaccounts workflows triggers calendars memberships reputation management and attribution.
- Strong skills in Zapier n8n Make or comparable iPaaS tools and comfort with REST APIs/webhooks.
- Experience incorporating OpenAI/ChatGPT or other AI services into marketing automations.
- Excellent written and spoken English; able to explain complex concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Reliable home internet connection and availability during European business hours for meetings.
NicetoHave
- Background in B2B tech marketing or SDR operations.
- Familiarity with GDPR and other dataprivacy requirements.
- Experience migrating from HubSpot ActiveCampaign or similar CRMs to GoHighLevel.
- Basic frontend skills (HTML/CSS) for funnel and email design tweaks.
