Position Summary / Career Interest:
The Program Manager for the Office of Professional WellBeing (OPWB) plays a key role in coordinating and implementing wellbeing programs that support healthcare professionals across the health system. This position provides operational and programmatic support for the Professional WellBeing Center (PWC) and wellbeing initiatives for physicians advanced practice providers (APPs) nursing and additional cohorts. The Program Manager collaborates with the Senior Program Manager Program Coordinator and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with systemwide wellbeing strategies.
Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions- *WellBeing Program Coordination & Implementation:
- Coordinate daytoday operations for assigned wellbeing programs and initiatives.
- Assist in the planning execution and evaluation of projects that align with systemwide wellbeing goals.
- Track program milestones and deliverables ensuring progress is documented and communicated to stakeholders.
- Engage stakeholders across departments and disciplines to build and maintain positive collaborative relationships that support program success and integration.
- Prepare materials and facilitate meetings workgroups and presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Support data collection and analysis to inform continuous improvement and impact measurement.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including timelines reports SOPs and communications.
- Liaise with internal departments committees and clinical units to support program integration and adoption.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for pilots events and program rollouts.
- Champion a culture of wellbeing psychological safety and inclusion throughout all project work.
- Help develop and maintain wellbeing resources including onboarding materials for new employees.
- Must be able to perform the professional clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.

Required Education and Experience- Bachelors Degree
- High School Graduate
- 4 or more years of project management consultation or client relationship management work experience ideally within healthcare or a large organizational setting
- Experience with data analysis survey administration and outcome measurement in program evaluation.
Preferred Education and Experience- Experience working with healthcare professionals.
Knowledge Requirements- Excellent communication facilitation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare wellbeing principles and organizational change management preferred
- Matrixed environment requiring adaptability and proactive problemsolving skills.
