WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Develop and configure the ServiceNow CSM application including workflows UI and integrations in Daimler platform.
Create and maintain Service Catalog items custom applications and customizations in the ServiceNow CSM module.
Implement and manage ServiceNow modules and custom applications focusing on CSM and adhering to Daimler platform rules.

Qualifications
THATS WHY YOU ARE A MATCH

- Bachelor/Master of Engineering in computer science or equivalent
- Experience in Service Now Development with minimum 6yrs.
- Knowledge of CSM module & ITSM Java script Glide and APIs
- Language skills: English fluent
- Teamwork motivation communication skills
