Le r le consiste appuyer les efforts de d veloppement et d optimisation de la plateforme ServiceNow en recueillant les besoins d affaires et en contribuant la conception de solutions conformes aux meilleures pratiques de ServiceNow. Le travail s effectue principalement distance avec quelques d placements ponctuels sur diff rents sites. Le client volue dans le secteur minier.
Les responsabilit s sont:
- Recueillir analyser et documenter les besoins fonctionnels li s ServiceNow;
- Organiser des ateliers avec les parties prenantes pour explorer les enjeux et valider les solutions;
- R diger des r cits utilisateurs et des sp cifications fonctionnelles conformes aux standards ServiceNow;
- Faciliter la collaboration entre les quipes d affaires et le COE ServiceNow;
- Appuyer les quipes techniques qualit et gestion du changement dans le d ploiement des livrables.
M3C is recruiting an experienced ServiceNow Analyst (ID661) for one of its fast-growing international clients. This is a dedicated 12-month mandate with the possibility of renewal. The selected candidate will support ongoing development and optimization of the ServiceNow platform by gathering business requirements and contributing to solution design aligned with ServiceNow best practices. The work is almost entirely done remotely with occasional travel to different sites. The client is in the mining industry.
The responsabilities are:
- Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements for ServiceNow initiatives;
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify opportunities and validate needs;
- Translate business goals into user stories and functional specs that reflect ServiceNow standards;
- Serve as the bridge between business teams and the ServiceNow COE to ensure solution alignment;
- Support technical QA and change management teams in delivering effective platform enhancements.
Requirements
Les exigences requises sont:
- Minimum de 3 ans d exp rience sur la plateforme ServiceNow dans un r le d analyste;
- Bonne connaissance des modules ITSM et ITOM (Incident Changement Catalogue Probl me CMDB Centre de services aux employ s);
- Exp rience dans la documentation de r cits utilisateurs processus et sp cifications fonctionnelles;
- Familiarit avec les environnements Agile/Scrum et les principes ITIL;
- Bilingue fran ais anglais;
- Atout : Connaissance des modules SPM GRC CSM HRSD ou dautres domaines de services dentreprise dans ServiceNow;
- Atout : Certification ServiceNow.
