Detailed Roles & Responsbilities:
5 years of ServiceNow HRSD product experience particularly in modules such as Case and Knowledge Management Employee Center Pro Employee Journeys & Integrations
Experience delivering global enterprise HR solutions that can scale
Understand how ServiceNow HRSD product integrates with other Enterprise Solutions like Workday SAP SilkRoad etc
Understand how ServiceNow HRSD product is used to improve the overall Employee Experience
Experience evaluating solution options to solve business problem with ServiceNow solutions
Ability to gain alignment between the technology and business strategy by proactive partnering at all levels
Ability to use data and analysis to drive decision-making
Outstanding communication and facilitation skills
Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure
Maintains a positive attitude & thrives in ambiguous work environment
Mandatory Skills:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) HRSD certifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field. Masters degree preferred
Advanced certifications in project management (e.g. PMP Agile certifications) or HR management (e.g. SHRM PHR/SPHR) are a plus
Experience in IVR or Employee Document Management is a plus
Familiarity with configuration of ServiceNow forms workflows scripts transform maps service maps web services inbound email actions SLAs and agent workspace table management performance analytics.
Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools for measuring HR performance and employee satisfaction.
