Build the future of brand tracking: from the ground up
Weve launched a new team to build the next big thing at Tracksuit. Its a 0 1 product focused on making Tracksuits brand data accessible to marketing agencies and partners.
We already have an initial dream team with 4 members:
A Product Manager
A Product Designer
A Data Scientist
A Principal Engineer
Now were looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (with strong frontend capabilities and a deep interest in generative AI) to join the team.
This is your chance to have massive impact from day one working across the entire product lifecycle shaping the MVP building core architecture experimenting with AI and growing the product into a worldclass platform.

- 01 opportunity: This isnt iterating on existing features this is greenfield from scratch customerdriven product development.
- Product ownership: Youll be deeply involved in product decisions working closely with design PM and data to build something people love.
- AIinfused: Were leveraging generative AI to accelerate workflows and uncover insights with Tracksuits brand data. Youll play a key role in shaping how we integrate AI in useful elegant ways.
- Startup energy with strong foundations: At just over 4 years old were already working with 500 brands across NZ AU UK USA and Canada. Youll get startup pace with the stability and reach of a scaling company.
What youll do
- Own technical delivery from MVP to productmarket fit and beyond.
- Collaborate with product and design on shaping features flows and systems.
- Build delightful performant interfaces and robust backend services.
- Contribute to architecture and longterm scalability decisions.
- Use generative AI tools to power product features and supercharge your workflow.
- Help evolve the team into a fullyfledged product squad.
- Be a mentor collaborator and culture carrier on the team.
What you will bring
- 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React).
- Solid backend engineering skills ( or similar).
- Comfort working in ambiguous fastchanging environments.
- Experience with or strong interest in applying AI in product development.
- Product mindset: you care deeply about the user experience.
- A collaborative lowego growthoriented approach to work.
$155000 $180000 a year
