Client Marketing Senior Manager Lifecycle
TIAA is seeking a customerfocused and results driven Senior Manager of B2C Lifecycle Marketing to drive education and engagement to our retirement plan participants. Working closely with a crossfunctional team you will execute customercentric omnichannel lifecycle campaigns employing innovative solutions and personalization to drive engagement and conversions. You will partner closely with Digital Experience Communication & Education Consultants Creative Marketing Analytics Marketing Automation Database Marketing and Legal and Compliance teams. You are deadlinedriven with exceptional attention to detail particularly focused on owned channels
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Execute and measure automated omnichannel marketing campaigns aligned to the customer journey and key moments in their lifecycle: coordinating project milestones and timelines managing review processes and approvals proactively communicating status updates/dependencies.
Execute workflow requirements to create and launch deliverables which includes creating briefs submitting the campaign into our workflow system WorkFront and working crossfunctionally with our partners.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including marketing partners peers and others to drive efficiencies and alignment.
Contribute and outline recommendations to improve the endtoend campaign development process identifying gaps pain points positive outcomes and opportunities to streamline.
This role will report to the Director Lifecycle Marketing (B2C).

Base Pay Range: $99900/yr $150000/yrActual base salary may vary based upon but not limited to relevant experience time in role base salary of internal peers prior performance business sector and geographic location.
