Who are we looking for
We are seeking a data-driven and growth-obsessed Performance Marketing Lead to spearhead our paid marketing efforts across channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact campaigns that drive acquisition retention and revenue at scale. This role blends strategy analytics and hands-on execution.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop execute and optimize multi-channel performance marketing strategies (Google Ads Meta LinkedIn Twitter Programmatic etc.)
Manage and scale ad budgets efficiently while maintaining target ROAS and CAC
Own end-to-end campaign management: strategy targeting creative briefs tracking testing and reporting
Analyze and report on campaign performance insights and key trends using tools like GA4 Meta Ads Manager etc.
Collaborate with content design and product teams to drive conversion across the funnel
Drive A/B testing across ad creatives landing pages and audiences
Explore and test new growth channels to diversify the performance marketing mix
Lead a team of performance marketers (if applicable) and work closely with external agencies or vendors
Skills and Qualifications:
4 years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing
Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns with measurable ROI
Expertise in Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other relevant tools
Strong understanding of analytics platforms (Google Analytics Mixpanel Hotjar etc.)
Exceptional analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets
Experience managing six to seven-figure annual ad budgets
Strong communication collaboration and project management skills
Experience in the media and events industry is a plus
Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred)
