Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Manager (Finance & Accounts) with experience in NBFC/BFSI. The role involves managing financial planning reporting compliance taxation and risk while leading a finance team and supporting strategic decisions alongside the CFO.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead budgeting forecasting and financial reporting (Indian GAAP/Ind-AS).

Ensure regulatory compliance with RBI SEBI and statutory guidelines.

Oversee taxation audits internal controls and risk management.

Manage treasury operations and stakeholder presentations.

Mentor and lead the finance team.
Key Skills & Experience:
-
CA/Cost Accountant MBA (Finance) with 7 10 years NBFC/BFSI experience.

Strong expertise in Ind-AS auditing standards taxation and MIS.

Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel.

Strong analytical leadership and communication skills.
