The Marmorosch Hotel part of Marriotts Autograph Collection and proudly managed by Apex Alliance Hotel Management is where Bucharests rich history meets modern-day sophistication. Set within a beautifully restored former bank building every detail of our five-star experience is designed to tell a story of refinement intention and timeless character.
Your Role in the Story
As a General Manager you will be responsible for leading all areas of the hotels operations. Your role is to ensure that every guest experience reflects high service standards consistency and care. You will support and inspire your team to bring the hotels story to life through excellent service and attention to detail making every stay memorable and meaningful.
What Youll Be Responsible For
- Leading daily operations across all departments with efficiency and vision.
- Ensuring that every guest experience meets our five-star standards for quality and attention to detail.
- Supporting a strong service-driven team culture that values consistency care and pride in delivery.
- Overseeing budgets forecasts and performance with clarity and accountability.
- Coaching department heads and nurturing leadership within the hotel.
- Representing the hotel with guests partners owners and the wider community.
- Collaborating on sales marketing and positioning strategies that elevate our presence in the market.
- Aligning with Marriott and Apex Alliance standards while honouring the individuality of The Marmorosch.
What Youll Bring
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in luxury or lifestyle hospitality.
- A proven ability to deliver both exceptional service and solid financial performance.
- A strong understanding of guest experience design operational efficiency and team motivation.
- Experience with international hotel brands; familiarity with Marriott standards is a plus.
- Outstanding leadership communication and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in English; Romanian or additional languages are a valued asset.
