Manage orderrelated queries and provide proactive customer support.
Convert inquiries into sales through followup and relationship management.
Ensure timely followup on sales orders and payment collection from clients.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Working Hours: 4:00 AM 1:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday)
Holidays: Saturday Sunday & Australian Public Holidays
Head India Operations
Minimum 2 years of experience in an international voice process (preferably Australian shift).
Strong analytical skills and problemsolving abilities.
Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English (verbal & written).
Must hold a Bachelors Degree or Diploma.
Salary: 30000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and profile)
