The Role of the Sustainability Senior Executive
The Sustainability Senior Executive is a new role. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving forward the clubs environmental sustainability strategy. They will work with the Head of Sustainability and Community and other colleagues from around the club to deliver the strategy.
The current sustainability strategy is in its final year and in the coming season the club will develop the next version of the strategy which the successful candidate will contribute to.
Sustainability at Brentford FC
At Brentford FC were proud to call west London our home. We recognise the importance of protecting our local environment and that we have a responsibility to operate in a sustainable way and use our platform to promote sustainability.
We believe that sustainability is a journey and were committed to making progress in significant investment decisions like the way we have built our stadium but also in small ways across the club. We have already achieved a lot but we are constantly seeking ways to improve our environmental practices and we have more to do.
We also know that we cant do this alone. We need the support of our staff our suppliers our partners and our fans to make a meaningful impact. By working together we can make a positive impact on the environment and create a more sustainable future for all.

Governance: to ensure that were living up to our sustainability mission we monitor and report on our progress regularly
Climate: were committed to reducing our carbon footprint and to supporting climate change mitigation and adaptation
Circularity: were committed to promoting circular economy practices throughout our club and managing resources sustainably
Nature: we support the regeneration of natural habitats and a healthy living environment
Engagement: were committed to collaborating with our colleagues players stakeholders fans and the local community
