Job Description

Hyde Park Elementary School seeks a Preschool Teacher/Director for theschool year and beyond. This is a PreK fouryearold program that is in session four days a week 8:05 am2:30 pm Tuesday through Friday. Mondays are used for director work planning professional development and other responsibilities. The Teacher/Director is responsible for promoting the academic and socialemotional growth of all children including those with special needs. This role includes oversight of curriculum keeping and maintaining confidential records for staff and students in compliance with state licensing system maintaining 4 out of 5 STARS with the Step Ahead Recognition System to ensure that the program is a Universal PreKindergarten (UPK) prequalified education program. The Teacher/Director will partner with families ensure highquality programming staff coordination and alignment with the HPES mission and provides a generous compensation and benefit package and is an EOE.
