What makes you great:
High School Diploma or GED required; technical secondary education degree preferred
Ability to achieve level 3 device repair/maintenance certification within 3 months of start
Good driving record required
Minimum of oneyear equipment repair experience; biomedical equipment repair experience preferred
Minimum of oneyear experience in customerfacing and/or customer service role preferred
Basic computer skills required
Strong communication skills including written communication
Able to lift 5070 pounds as needed
Able to bend stoop squat and lift numerous times daily
Able to travel 25% / of time (limited overnight travel)

NOxCARE Service Specialist
Location: Livingston TN
Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking an NOxCARE Service Specialist to join our team!
The NOxCARE Service Specialist will safely manage the repair and maintenance requirements for the NOxCARE delivery device a medical device unit in order to minimize the interruption of supply to hospital customers and their patients. The NOxCARE Service Specialist will work with a team of other service technicians to troubleshoot and repair devices in a controlled environment. The NOxCARE Service Specialist will operate under onsite supervision.

What you will be doing:
Directly supports the daytoday performance of NOxCARE equipment repair & maintenance
Fully understands the NOxCARE device and can troubleshoot resolve and repair the device
Infrequently travels to customer sites communicating professionally and interacting daily with hospital staff regarding devices managing technical device issues and customer concerns
Performs accurate documentation utilizing internal device/system logs and understands device/system settings
Performs monthly maintenance calibration and sensor changes as necessary
Maintains all regulatory and required company documentation for device maintenance deliveries and shipments
Coordinates packing and shipment of devices
Adheres to all manufacturer guidelines for NOxCARE device maintenance
Maintains sufficient NOxCARE inventory to meet customer needs
Maintains sufficient parts inventory for device repair
Other duties as assigned
