Front Desk Lead Val Vista Lakes (Gilbert AZ)
FUNCTION & ROLE:
For a Front Desk Lead role this position is FullTime for Val Vista Lakes a master planned community located in Gilbert Arizona. This position reports to the General Manager. This community consists of over 2000 homes with many luxurious amenities. As a Concierge youll enjoy helping our residents achieve a high standard of customer service. The Lead is responsible for overseeing all Front Desk Concierge providing excellent supervisory skills and customer service to all residents as well as administrative duties.

Qualifications:
Excellent in person customer service and communication skills
Ability to provide Manager reports as requested
Microsoft Suite skills
Experience working in the Hospitality Industry and knowledge of Building Link is a plus
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
Job Duties:
Providing excellent Supervisory skills training support and overseeing smooth daytoday operations of the Front Desk
Maintaining a welcoming desk for all residents
Utilizing excellent customer service skills internally towards personnel and externally towards all residents and vendors
Manages package delivery system
Works closely with the General Manager
