Who are we looking for
Lead Senior Developer
- Solid experience in .NET development using C# and WPF;
- Experience leading a team or acting as a technical mentor you know how to balance hands-on development with team responsibilities;
- You are proactive organized and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams;
- You enjoy building internal systems that support and accelerate other teams;
- Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to automate and simplify processes;
- You take ownership and help your team deliver high-quality solutions;
- Very good English skills German or French is a plus;
- You want to work on a product that makes a real-world difference in healthcare;
not a must but nice to have:
- Experience with DevOps CI/CD or infrastructure automation;
- Familiarity with role-based access control logging/monitoring and process automation frameworks;
- Previous work on internal developer platforms admin tools or workflow automation system.
