Your Responsibilities
We are on a mission to continue our growth and as result we are hiring a Full Desk Recruiter! This role provides you with a foundation of training the support to achieve success ultimately a career path in BestLogic Staffing.
Below is a list of duties:
As a Full Desk Recruiter you will impact both our candidates and customers by finding the right people for the right jobs. You will
- Source new clients and businesses evaluate talent and provide staffing services
- Search source and screen potential candidates for the roles available within the company
- Negotiate placements and uncover and resolve recruitment-related issues quickly and efficiently
- Regularly maintain and manage your portfolio of candidates and clients and prepare rsums for associates
- Regularly research and adopt the best market and commercial practices and adhere to internal recruitment policies
- Verify the recruitment practices are up to industry standards and aligned with the companys objectives

Requirements
- 3 years of commercial experience across a variety of fieldsideally in Staffing and Recruitment or B2B Sales
- Strong customer service and consultative sales skills
- Experience in sourcing practices such as direct sourcing passive candidate searching networking and applicant evaluation
- Excellent presentation skills
- Bachelors degree in Business or a related field preferred
