Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with proven experience in Contracts Management or project management experience in EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) Power Plants or similar
Desired Characteristics
Must be located in the Central Time Zone (CST) or Eastern Time Zone (EST)
Working hours must be around the EST time zone to accommodate business and clients
Ability to travel to US and Latin America project sites as required
Ability to work in cross functional teams remotely located
Contract reading and writing experience
Claims and contract management experience
Excellent English speaking and writing skills
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Bachelors Degree in Engineering Legal or Management
Ability to handle many complex issues concurrently
5 years claims management experience
Construction claims negotiation experience
Developer or EPC Experience preferably in the Power Industry
A sense of urgency and customerfocused responsiveness

For U.S. based candidates only for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements the base pay range for this position is $109000..00 USD per year. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education geographic location and skill set.
This position is also eligible for a 10% annual performance bonus. This position will stay open on the career website until at least 5/27/2025.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
