The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Supply Chain Management Analysts to join our TDRC Supply Chain Analyst team in Algona WA.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; MidLevel and Senior Level Supply Chain Management Analysts.
The Supply Chain Analyst for TDRC will have responsibility across all airplane programs. This position will work primarily with internal job roles. The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions data analysis forecasting supply and/or demand troubleshooting and purchasing of parts and or raw material along with additional duties as assigned.
This is a motivated team that works together to solve complicated supply chain problems and enable successful production. You will contribute as a team member alongside subject matter experts in the field of supply chain inventory management and expedite to deliver solutions that help The Boeing Company deliver safe better and more efficient airplanes and products.
Position Responsibilities:
- Maintains synchronization of the supply chain between international or domestic organizations customers and suppliers by utilizing Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems to support global markets.
- Analyzes material requirements to determine appropriate attributes to drive accurate demand through the supply chain.
- Establishes order policies.
- Creates orders to satisfy demand requirements supporting the supply chain.
- Develops and controls inventory plans and integrates company customer and supplier capabilities to optimize inventory levels turn rates and unit cost while ensuring accurate requirements and delivery schedules.
- Schedules requirements by analyzing available resources and manages shop capacity to support on time delivery.
- Applies knowledge of processes associated with regulating/distribution of goods through the entire manufacturing cycle to the delivery of finished products.
- Introduces new SCM tools and techniques by working with complex processes and organizational relationships to improve the supply chain.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- 3years of experience with supply chain management or materials management
- 3years of experience with supply chain forecasting
- 3years of experience interpreting Bill of Materials
- 3years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
- 1 years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
- 1 years of experience with eTRAC system (or equivalent shortage tracking system)
- 5 years of Supply Chain experience in Aerospace Defense Manufacturing orsimilar industry
- 5 years of experience in Operations Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment
- Bachelors degree or higher
