Job Description

Our Emerging Talent Programs which includes Interns Trainees and Finance Rotational Associates offer unique opportunities for students recent graduates and emerging talent to work alongside the teams that come together to create movies TV shows and other great experiences. These seasonal paid assignments provide meaningful and productive work that builds on your experience and develops your skills further. You will be provided with challenging tasks realworld experience and many educational and social networking opportunities.

This Summer/Fall Trainee position is from May/June through December 12th and all candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week Monday through Friday in person in the specified office location. This position is ideal for entrylevel talent or recent graduates interested in jumpstarting their career in a particular field.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

Corporate ITs Intellectual Property Management & General Counsel POA has a subPOA that focuses on the Music Affairs and Script Clearance businesses. This includes programming and development business and legal affairs casting music creative and business affairs and script clearance for Motion Pictures and Television productions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Regularly support the application (as needed)
  • Create/update business process workflows
  • Communicate with business users to collect review and analyze functional requirements
  • Turn requirements into user stories
  • Work with programmers to describe business needs
  • Test system functionality to ensure it meets specifications
  • Prepare status reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors or higher degree in Science Math or Engineering
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Works well in a team and individually
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated interest in Information Technology

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of working in an agile environment

The anticipated base salary for this position is $22/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors including without limitation the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position years of relevant experience level of education attained certifications or other professional licenses held and if applicable the location of the position.
