ABOUT THE ROLE
This role offers the chance to lead high-stakes M&A deals from due diligence and deal structuring to negotiation and closing while working alongside a top-tier global team. You will handle private M&A deals private equity buyouts venture investments and strategic M&A transactions with exposure to cutting-edge sectors across Asia and beyond. Beyond deal execution you will contribute to the teams business development efforts helping shape the firms growth in a competitive market.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate is a Hong Kong-qualified lawyer with at least 8 years PQE specialising in corporate/M&A at a top-tier law firm with a proven track record in complex cross-border deals. Deep knowledge of Greater China regulations and international deal frameworks is essential alongside fluency in written and spoken English Mandarin and Cantonese.
