About the Role
COMPANIUM Hospitality is recruiting on behalf of a client a Corporate Director of Hospitality Projects - Hotels & Residences to lead the development of new hotels and branded residences for a renowned international lifestyle brand.
Our client is entering an exciting phase of expansion with several openings planned over the coming years across iconic leisure destinations.
The Director will oversee the full lifecycle of each project from concept to pre-opening ensuring alignment with the brands identity operational standards and guest experience vision.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate all stages of project development: feasibility design construction and pre-opening
Act as the central point of contact between internal teams (branding design operations) and external partners (owners consultants contractors)
Ensure timely delivery budget control and quality across all active projects
Contribute to the development of technical briefs mock-ups and design guidelines in line with brand standards
Align project design and execution with operational needs and F&B concepts
Produce regular reporting and project updates for leadership and stakeholders
Travel to project sites and meetings across various international locations
Profile & Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel and/or branded residence project development
Demonstrated experience leading international projects in the lifestyle or luxury segment
Solid background in hospitality architecture/design construction management or hotel operations
Strong communication leadership and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable navigating complex multi-stakeholder environments
Fluency in English required; other languages (Spanish & French) are a plus
Passion for hospitality attention to detail and an entrepreneurial mindset
